Hiccups and Partnerships I purchased my car during this testing time as most staff had to work from home and change their day to day operations. We encountered a hiccup along the way which could have resulted in me working with another dealership or purchase another brand. Randy, Mike and Chris were very proactive and empathetic; and did whatever they could to make things right. They ended up resolving all concerns and worked hard to find the right vehicle for my needs. Volvo Service My wife, Jan, left the driver's side window down in our XC-90 in a rainstorm, and all our windows did not operate properly as a result. She made an a My wife, Jan, left the driver's side window down in our XC-90 in a rainstorm, and all our windows did not operate properly as a result. She made an appointment and brought the car in for evaluation. Glad to even know the shop was open during these times. Emerson checked us in and they kept the car overnight for evaluation. As it turns out, with the help of a dry in-door environment and evaporation, the problem abated and our car was released back to us with only a minor charge. Everyone as usual was very professional, and all were wearing masks. Thanks to everyone at Princeton Volvo for your help, and I hope all remain safe. Tony Mazzeo More
