I've recently found myself going to Princeton Volvo to have my tire repaired. After calling and being told to drop by I did. Once there the service staff helped my take care of the tire. XC 90 Communication was bumpy and process was slow. Negotiation went fine, but could have been faster. Picked up the car and it was missing several items.
