They were good enough to void a $220 charge for a software upgrade that should not have been charged.. Whether that works remains to be seen. The battery should have been checked and charged if necessary before the vehicle left the dealership. More

Bait and switch techniques so I had to pay an additional 3k dollars due to "car auction increase in prices". I do not believe he thought I was serious... Overall, I do not believe I will come back. It was not worth the aggravation. But, the car is nice and I like it but wow the buying experience....Also, the financial man, Jose, should have had everything arranged to make it quick and easy, I had to ask for copies of all of the legal documents. Lastly, Randy stressed "You have be there exactly at 11am...We waited 1hr and 15 min and no one was before us due to the 11am appt. There was a small snafu on the spelling on my insurance card but that does not take an 1h and 15 minutes hold-up. It was apparent that there were not alot customers at the time.
