Princeton Volvo was the only dealership we visited. Their initial price quote was very competitive and once we sat down and "sharpened the pencil" we quickly came to a deal. My wife and I stopped in to look at and test drive a new 2012 C70. We were warmly greeted at the door by Michelle Sabine, given free time to browse, offered assistance when we were ready, and then given a C 2012 C70. We were greeted by Michelle & Chris Long upon our return and were talked through all the details of the car. At that point my wife was in love with the C70. The color we wanted was available at the Edison dealership and Michelle offered to bring the car down to Princeton with no commitment to buy on our part. Upon returning two days later we were again warmly greeted by Michelle and offered to test drive the car again. Afterwards, my wife and I were able to work out a very fair trade in and purchase price with Michelle. Our financing was handled by Dan Graff who was also very friendly and helpful. Dan was kind enough to step out of his office while my wife and I discussed some things. Everything with this purchase went extremely well. We always felt like we were being treated fairly and with respect. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Volvo of Princeton to a friend. More

When we finally decided on a car , 2012 XC60 T6 , with just the options we wanted and in the colors we liked there was no trying to talk us into what they had on the lot .They got us our exact car within 5 days and it was the easiest car buying experience i've had in 40 years of buying cars . She is one of those people you feel like you have always known. She is a genuinely nice person. As a sales rep, she was zero pressure, and treated us with respect. After we purchased our truck, my wife and I actually felt inclined to hug Michelle before we left! I have owned over 20 vehicles in my life, and never did I want to hug the sales person! Kick? Yes. Hug? Never. If all car sales people were like Michele, people would look forward to purchasing a vehicle, not dread it! Dan Graff, the finance guy, was great, too. He worked hard to get us a great interest rate and was straight-forward with everything. He added to our positive experience at Volvo of Princeton.
