We had a great car buying experience at Princeton volvo. We bought an XC70 4 years ago at Princeton Volvo and traded it in for an XC90 today. We are currently driving our second Volvo station wagon. I had a V40 and absolutely loved it and did not want to give it up. It was 11 years old and my husband wanted me to buy a new car and I thought "okay I had a V40 and absolutely loved it and did not want to give it up. It was 11 years old and my husband wanted me to buy a new car and I thought "okay" lets do it. The V40 was a smaller station wagon and I thought maybe I would try a small two door. I did not want a bigger car. We did a test drive in the C30 and worked with Michelle Sabine who could not do enough for us. Her level of professionalism, care and concern about what we needed was wonderful. We realized that the car was too small and we ended up with a XC70 (did I say I didn't want a bigger car)? with all the bells and whistles. You do realize I am coming from another generation with a Volvo that I fully understood. I actually put the key in the ignition. I now have a computer driven machine with remote key communication,radar sensors,ignition modes,blind spot technology,Sirius satellite radio and Bluetooth hands-free connection. Could I really take this all in? Well, Michelle has the patience of a saint and showed me everything and even took my contacts and set my telephone up so I could use it right away. I also wanted a metallic red car and she found one fully loaded.I mean,really doesn't she deserve a special medal to put up with me? Brian made us feel comfortable from the very beginning, and was extremely candid with us about all the car details and helped us find the car that met our needs in the most reasonable way to help meet our price range. He even let us test drive the car on our own which was great. He was thorough and understanding of what we wanted and was very knowledgeable on the car. I love my Volvo, and to be honest, Volvo was not even in our consideration set when we were first looking for a car. But the customer service,friendliness and then the way the car delighted us when we actually drove it closed the deal for us. Aside from Brian, everyone else we interacted with were wonderful and the general manager made it a point to thank us and made sure to let us know he will be available throughout the duration of our lease if we ever need anything - and I know he genuinely meant it. Highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a Volvo, and if like me, you are not yet considering a Volvo, I encourage you to at least give it a try. More

Buying my new XC90 was a wonderful experience.
