I mentioned to Michelle waht we were loooking at and someone overheard and offered their input and another person jumped in with theirs and before you knew it we had our exact car we wanted (which was a needle in the haystack) because of this. Dan the Business Manager took the time to answer all our questions as it pertained to our paperwork and explained other options that the dealership offered to protect our new investment, which we took advantage of...
