Michelle Sabin was awesome and made my wife very comfortable with the car and that was 50% decision made. The terms were negotiated very well and when we had some issues Brian and Chris engaged with us and ensured that we were taken care. The car took some time to get delivered but we were never informed last minute and all of them worked with us and our schedule. When we took delivery, Michelle patiently explained all the features of the car to us while Jim Miller was awesome with the paper work. Unlike many dealership, there was no pressure selling but Michelle and Brian have a good way to close the deal. It is indeed a great team.
