After burning a week with 3 nearby dealers all of whom didn't followup about when I should place my order, despite being clear I was serious and ready to order and pay deposit, none actually gave me an answer. Turns out the answer's merely: order anytime, the delivery date can be set forward. Michelle, however, was immediately familiar with this OSD process and answered it swiftly and she fulfilled this willing buyer! Her professionalism and knowledge showed during the order construction and writing up with all the details known and captured. It was such a total relief having her as our seller because our stress went down and our happiness went up. I've heard for my whole life from friend's parents then friends themselves as we became of age about how great Volvo Princeton is and I can now personally credibly attest to the same high customer service in every sense from Michelle. European Delivery, Registration Ordered a new 2018 XC60 under the European Delivery program. We were told to expect to hear from Volvo in about 10 days, time went by called the sale Ordered a new 2018 XC60 under the European Delivery program. We were told to expect to hear from Volvo in about 10 days, time went by called the salesman, Nils, he said just wait you will get it eventually. Apparently he didn't think we would want to make arrangements in Scandinavia? After 30 days my wife called, again no real pulse but he did give us teh number for the Sweden Travel people. they were very helpful and confirmed that NIls had indeed entered my e-mail address incorrectly. The folksa in Sweden were fabulous and it was a wonderful experience. Fast forward to today (11/21). The car cleared customs on 11/07 so we sent an e-mail to the dealership and asked about registered the car. both Nils and the GM ignored our e-mail. Chris did recall getting it when i talked to 10 some 10 days later. the car made it to the dealership on the 17th, We have been back and forth with the DMV trying to get the car registered--no help from the dealeship as they have no idea what information is needed to register the car. AT this point i do not care if we take it off the lot. the experince here has been horrible.....go somewhere else than the Long Motor Company delaership to buy a New Volvo...I feel bad the dealership ecperience has tarnished what could have been a great experience More

I returned to Volvo of Princeton and was welcomed back as a member of the family. New Car Sales, Sales Management and other members of the team greeted me as a long standing loyal customer. Nils Falk took on the assignment of introducing me to the S90 and its excellent features. He patiently answered my queries while Nick Long assessed my trade-in. Nils gave me the key to the S90 for a test drive under local and highway conditions in order to show the vehicle's capabilities. My research for a new car was complete.
