When a small plastic cover broke on my "Certified by Volvo" 2018 V90 these folks denied coverage under the warranty. That's despite clear warranty language that parts and labor for everything on the car Volvo" 2018 V90 these folks denied coverage under the warranty. That's despite clear warranty language that parts and labor for everything on the car is covered unless specifically excluded. After weeks of hassle they gave in and paid for parts and labor. I continued to service my car and they always provided a loaner so I could go to work. But last time I called for a scheduled service appointment and a detailing, they said "We're not giving you a loaner to get your car washed." Of course, that wash was in addition to the usual service, so the denial was unfair. Moreover, Josh, the service manager was rude and angry. What's up with that? More

I brought my car after having received an estimate for work that needed to be done on the suspension from another dealership. Volvo Cars Plymouth fixed only what was broken - the other dealership wanted work that needed to be done on the suspension from another dealership. Volvo Cars Plymouth fixed only what was broken - the other dealership wanted me to replace parts that were not in need of replacing. Plymouth saved me over $2000! They are totally my go-to from this point on. Thank you so much Josh in service. More
