Nothing short of exceptional I have owned several Volvos through the years and the service that Bryan and the team have provided to me has been nothing short of exceptional. Easy to work with, Bryan makes each visit a great experience and the work has been outstanding. He's never to busy to get on the phone and talk with you and when you are there, Bryan takes as much time as you need. Again, nothing short of exceptional. More

Legendary Customer Service I needed some service work done on my old Volvo. Usually I wouldn't go to the dealer, but other shops refused the job. It was a lengthy complicated I needed some service work done on my old Volvo. Usually I wouldn't go to the dealer, but other shops refused the job. It was a lengthy complicated project. I went to Volvo of Plymouth. Bryan in the Service Dept was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make this experience painless for me. It got fixed quickly and with skill. He called with updates. He coordinated with Volvo Corporate with recall issues. And I received a follow up call from Lysandra to make sure everything went well. Completely alleviated all my stress over this . Price was exactly as estimated. I can be a tough customer and I was thoroughly impressed. They are proactive and addressed all my concerns. So grateful I went to Volvo in Plymouth. Thank you. More
