Above and Beyond Have been driving Volvo’s over 20 years. I was glad to see a Volvo dealer open in Plymouth so I gave them a try. I purchased a 2017 V60 Volvo from I Have been driving Volvo’s over 20 years. I was glad to see a Volvo dealer open in Plymouth so I gave them a try. I purchased a 2017 V60 Volvo from Ian and found the experience positive from start to finish. Ian’s follow-up since the purchase has also been great. I’ve stopped by their service department twice, mostly for information, and dealt with Joshua both times. I’ve owned cars and dealt with dealer service departments for over 50 years. I’ve always found Volvo dealers to be the best but Josh has exceeded this high standard. I would highly recommend Volvo Plymouth to anyone and suggest you ask for Ian and Josh while you’re there. More

Very professional Not only is this dealership professional, but neat, organized and they ooze honesty. My 20 year old Volvo , while still in great working condition, n Not only is this dealership professional, but neat, organized and they ooze honesty. My 20 year old Volvo , while still in great working condition, needed a diagnosis and a “ fix”. Not only did they replace a “ dead” part, but checked out a variety of other issues with reasonable suggestions. ......and to top it off, the car (lovingly named “little velvet” )was returned washed and vacumed. Such respect and care for my old car was much appreciated! More

Very Happy I bought my car from their sister dealership in Hyannis. Which is as wonderful. But I Was very happy to hear they opened up a dealership in Plymout I bought my car from their sister dealership in Hyannis. Which is as wonderful. But I Was very happy to hear they opened up a dealership in Plymouth mass. Which is much closer to my house. So Happy To Have This Dealership in Plymouth! I visited Volvo Cars Plymouth after speaking to Bryan re: low battery message displayed on and off over the past few months. With the onslaught of c I visited Volvo Cars Plymouth after speaking to Bryan re: low battery message displayed on and off over the past few months. With the onslaught of cold weather, I was apprehensive about my car not starting...he suggested I stop by at my convenience. I did and they tested & replaced the battery after my battery failed. I also purchased new wiper blades & Bryan helped me by installing them with a big smile! The waiting room is beautiful, contemporary, welcoming and comfortable. Thank you for helping me Bryan Wells and thank you Premier for bringing this dealership to Plymouth...finally! More

First service visit - XC90 My initial visit to this location was very pleasant. I took the car in for routine service (30,000 mile visit) a service recall and some concerns abou My initial visit to this location was very pleasant. I took the car in for routine service (30,000 mile visit) a service recall and some concerns about a possible leak in the rear compartment. The facility is very clean and neat. Drop off was efficient and after an initial inspection of the car and routine work was performed, I learned that the car need a wheel alignment and a repair for the leak which will require a return when the parts come in. The waiting area inside the dealership is immaculate with a comfortable seating area, a work area for those with laptops, and a nice assortment of complimentary snacks and beverages. Lots of reading material and a TV that was playing at a low volume. WiFi was strong. Bryan Wells was very helpful and professional. I felt like he explained things very well and made me feel valued as a new customer. A very good first visit. More
