I bought a xt5 from this company! Was not told it was an enterprise vehicle , if I knew it was I would not of purchased it ! Also I am having major problems ,this car has been at Cadillac for the entire mon enterprise vehicle , if I knew it was I would not of purchased it ! Also I am having major problems ,this car has been at Cadillac for the entire month of March and still not fixed , also the engine light came on driving it home from Volvo and steering lock service light came on also , I was told to bring it to Cadillac . Also found one tire in the rear is a different brand than the other 3 tires was told that was fine ! NOT the tires wear differently and uneven , brought them car to a Cadillac dealer beginning of March they replaced a module 3 times and still can not program the vehicle where everything works correctly , they put 45 miles on my car and don’t know why ! This has to be the worsted situation I ever had to deal with buying a car ! Called my service agent Emma and no return call ! Asked her to have the general manager call and no return call ! I finally told another sales person if I did not hear from her I would just drive up there ! The general manager called finally ! Finally you have 90 days to return the vehicle . Left a message that is what I would like to do and no reply ! It’s not like I bothered them through this entire process until i finally got my car back and still not working correctly ! I did not buy a deck of cards I bought a car and put 8000 down ! All in all very unhappy More
