Had a great stress free experience, I went online to true car and very soon after I heard from Becky Hebert. We emailed and talked a couple of times and even though my lease wasn’t up un I went online to true car and very soon after I heard from Becky Hebert. We emailed and talked a couple of times and even though my lease wasn’t up until March my husband said lets go drive it. We went last Friday the 29th. We met Becky and she introduced us to Jamie Fenton. His knowledge of the vehicle was great and the test drive was great. We were then introduced to Ryan and very soon after we said yes to a very fair price and leased a beautiful XC40. The experience at Pioneer Valley was more than I anticipated, we were treated fairly and respectfully and no pressure, we will come back to look at another one a little closer to Denny’s lease termination on his car. I cant wait for my new car to arrive. They are bringing it to me! More

We found this current experience a bit exasperating as we waited for a long time after agreeing to trade/buy, so paperwork could be done, with little feedback during the process. However, the salesperson, Jamie Fenton, made up for this. Jamie is appropriately low key, not at all pressuring (had he been, we would have walked); accommodating, pleasant, personable, human, relaxed. Got answers to our questions if he did not know them; ran interference with the management, etc. HE was the reason we traded and bought another car. More
