Jamie in sales went out of his way to get me a car that wasn’t really even for sale at the time because it was being used as a loaner. He treated me with patience and respect every step of the way and provided me with consistently excellent customer service. He even went over the car with me not once, but twice, to make sure that I was comfortable with all of my newfound bells and whistles. Thank goodness he did, because Volvos have lots of bells and whistles! Ed in finances was exceptional as well, doing everything in his power to get me the best deal he could. He also explained the lease terms in a way that was easy to comprehend while simultaneously not being condescending or patronising at all.
