That was, however, not at all the most impressive part of our interactions with them. Everyone at the dealership was kind and accommodating of our 2 youngest children, who have severe special needs, providing distraction, snacks, and coloring activities. Moreover, when, as we were leaving (after already finishing the car deal), my husband shut the truck of our old car onto our stroller, shattering the rear windshield, 5 employees came out with shovels, brooms, etc. and spent 45 minutes cleaning up the glass and taping our window safely. They were so kind and professional, and helped us keep our children safe, even as they cleaned. This is not just a good place to buy a car, but a community of good people who work together to get tough things accomplished with kindness. Thank you Volvo guys! Exceeds expectations! More

Used this dealership before to service my 2010 Volvo. Regretfully a driver who wasn't looking where they were going smashed it! The first place we thought to send the car for repairs was here! Regretfully, it was totaled, but they treated me great, and really tried to help through that painful time. So - I needed to find another car! I called here, and was connected to Jaimie, one of the sale staff. I told him what I was looking for and our price range and asked if maybe he would call me first if they took something like this in trade. I also told him I was desperate, since the insurance companies were giving me a deadline on the rental, and I had called about just about every Volvo within 200 miles trying to find what I lost! Another problem was that my totaled car had every toy Volvo made in 2010, was very clean, and black! To my surprise and delight, Jaimie called me about a 2013 they had taken in trade, the same day I saw it on their website, and we crossed paths in the dealership within hours! I never expected anyone from any dealership would actually call me! I am happy to give business to a place I have worked with in the past and have been treated well at. I am glad they have a nice salesperson like Jaimie who wasn't high pressure and can laugh. Yes, I will continue to give them my business. See you in 5,000 miles for an oil change. More
