For years now I have wanted a Volvo and finally the time arrived; I am SO HAPPY. This past week I leased a 2024 Volvo, and the experience was a fabulous one all around. My Sales Representative Shane did a fine job explaining all to me (and snapped a picture for me and sent before I picked up my new ride), Joanne made the paperwork painless on pickup and of course Brian my tech guy; he did a stellar job as well at the end of day showing me all needed to navigate my new ride. A few days later I stopped in with an iPhone issue and Bill Massa spent some quality time with me and ALL SET ! Jack Fletcher and all the Fletcher family should be so proud of the dealership in its renovated 5star appearance and the staff. It was so easy to make the appointment. When I called, I was transferred to the parts department to be sure the tire was in stock which was so helpful. I was then transferred to service to make my appointment. When I arrived Tim Johnson was so helpful and friendly. He checked me in very efficiently and checked out my car. He was able to spot the problem and assured me the problem would be fixed. When completed, Tim came to the waiting room to get me and again efficiently checked me out. Over the years since 2002 dealing with this Volvo Dealership has always been a pleasure. All staff have been friendly and extremely helpful. More
