In my opinion this is not the norm, so when you do encounter this I think it is well worth the time to acknowledge it. Louis Dymant and David Wyndholz were great salesmen. James Cox and Shelton Story My son was in the market for a pre-owned Volvo XC60. Not being from the area I did some research online for prices and reviews. I found that VOLVO CARS MALL OF GEORGIA had the most pre-owned vehicles. I was greeted by a very nice person by the name of Lisa Williams who directed us to James Cox. James was very helpful and knowledgeable salesperson. He made our car buying experience comfortable and relaxing. I would recommend him to anybody that hates the process of buying a car. I must admit, my past experiences when it comes to dealing with the finance part of the process makes me very uncomfortable. Shelton was very pleasant to work with. He was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. My only complaint was with Billy Kirk the manager, I really felt he could have worked the cost down a little better. I probably would not have bought the vehicle there, but it was the only one in the area with all the equipment my son wanted. So you won this time Billy!!! More
