Also of importance to me when walking into a dealership, is the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the facility. The property and grounds of Volvo Cars MOG were immaculately clean and neat. I have walked into dealerships before whose property and grounds were deplorable. This was not the case at Volvo Cars MOG. This just added to the comfort in knowing that this dealership believes in excellence in all things. My request to test drive was handled quickly and without issue. The dealership is exceptionally well maintained and I was greeted by all employees and Alex if there was anything I needed. The salesman who helped me, David Windholz, was knowledgeable on my vehicle and able to answer all questions workout any issue. We conversed back and forth several times over email, and he was very responsive and helpful in his responses. Even when we discussed sale price he was polite, understanding, and willing to hear anything out. He knew where I needed to be and he helped in whatever way he could. Overall, this is a very professional operation, and speaks well to the brand of Volvo itself: clean, simple, no BS. If and/or when I buy another Volvo, I'll be reaching out to these folks first. More
