New XC90 Experience While we had a few bumps in the road during the first 2 days of our purchase due to a malfunctioning lift gate, Zach and the service team and everyone While we had a few bumps in the road during the first 2 days of our purchase due to a malfunctioning lift gate, Zach and the service team and everyone at Volvo Mall of Ga worked tirelessly to make sure that the issues were resolved and even worked with us to get into a new vehicle when we had hesitations about taking the one we had decided upon (due to what we can only guess is a very random manufacturers issue). I can’t say enough good things about Zach and everyone we encountered at this dealership and about the brand. This was our first Volvo purchase but it likely won’t be our last and we will absolutely call on this team with future needs.
