Dave was prompt and attentive without being pushy; no cheesy pressure tactics. I was really torn between two cars at two different dealerships and Dave made a big difference. I bought a non-Volvo brand from their pre-owned selection. I really liked the fact that the same sales team sells both preowned and new cars. Dave and the finance manager, Ken, both made me feel just as valued a customer as if I were buying a Volvo. Can't ask for much more in a car-buying experience! More
