Made appointment as my drive (something) program 6 month check up deadline was approaching. Brought car in 10-15 minutes before appointment time, everything checked out, but said battery was charged but onl check up deadline was approaching. Its 3 years old and I had left the dome light on and battery was dead a few weeks ago. However I jump started with my other vehicle in my garage, and it seemed ok to me. John K. said it be good to put trickle charger on it which I did and got it fully charged. Great advice. More

Very unpleasant experience. I got home after dropping off car received a voicemail to call back because supplies were not available. Returned call about 1 pm and left message, I got home after dropping off car received a voicemail to call back because supplies were not available. Returned call about 1 pm and left message, no call back. Called back about 2:30 again no reply, finally reached service tech about 4:30 and was told again no supplies would be available for several days. I said I would pick up car the next morning, I arrived at 11am to be told, “oh I should have called you. Car has the doors off, won’t be ready till 3:30 pm. Then 10 min later car was going to be T ready in an hour. And it was. Very disappointed in the service. I will return to have recalls fixed, but that is it! More

Dealership good work is good but communication from service rep was poor had to call the dealership twice for updates. Was told they would vacuum the car but nothing was done.
