Exceptional service! Thank you. I took my Volvo XC in for service. James Stammert in the service department checked in my car and wrote up my paperwork. The whole process went smoothly and addressed all issues with my car. I have a second Volvo which I will be taking to them for service. While there is another dealer closer to my home, it was worth the trip to Lisle to go to their service center. James and staff definitely live up to the Volvo name and offer exceptional service. Dealing with the devil Do NOT buy from these people. I was in the process of purchasing a specific car (a C30)...one that I couldn't find anywhere BUT here. Next thing I kno Do NOT buy from these people. I was in the process of purchasing a specific car (a C30)...one that I couldn't find anywhere BUT here. Next thing I know, the vehicle is off their website and when I call to follow-up not he process they inform me that the vehicle has sold. He then had the nerve to ask if I was interested in another car on their lot. The C30 that I was interested in is a RARE car. I live in Orlando, FL and had to deal with the dealership over the phone during the buying process. This C30 was replacing my other car that was just totaled out. Why would I try to buy a car from a dealership in IL if I could go to any Volvo dealership and find any Volvo? They "denied" that the car was sold from underneath me (if you will believe that). Worst customer service...they only car about making a sale and not the customer More

Ignored I came in late on a on a Saturday afternoon. There appeared to be just 2 customers in the showroom, and no one at the receptionist desk. I stood by t I came in late on a on a Saturday afternoon. There appeared to be just 2 customers in the showroom, and no one at the receptionist desk. I stood by the desk for a few minutes. A guy was walking by and passed me up, I said he excuse me. He stopped and asked if I was being helped. I said no, and I explained I was interested in learning about the XC90 and taking one for a test drive. He said someone would be with me in a few minutes. I proceeded to check out the vehicle on the floor. My daughter was getting a little impatient so we went into the play area which is very visible from the showroom. After about 15 minutes I walked around the showroom for a bit. Not one person approached me so we left. I spent 30 minutes in that dealership! I have never experienced anything like that anywhere! Luckily I didn't let that detour me from the Volvo brand. I proceeded to another dealership a few weeks later and purchased the XC90. I won't even take my car to this dealer for service. There's no way I want them to make any money off me. More
