I was very pleased with the service and help offered with the car loaner (there were several new Volvo models to chose from). I did appreciate the contact information for the towing company that did a great job transporting my car to the dealership. The repair costs were pretty high but something that I expected considering the original Volvo parts were required. The estimate given on the first day was accurate and matched what I had to pay in the end. The check out was very quick. Overall very pleased with Volvo of Lisle. More

Every step of the way he kept me updated with the diagnosis and status of repair of my volvo, all the while trying to limit my costs. At no time did I feel pressured during the whole process. I have had my Volvo for 12 years and have always taken it to a local repair shop for oil changes and routine maintenance, however, with the continued leaks I decided to take my car back to the dealership and have it "professionally" fixed! Just received the car back and so far so good. Very pleased with the service and will definitly recommend to others! More

I am also very pleased with the performance of our Volvo. Maintenance plays a big part in keeping it in top shape. The good work they do and the great treatment I get as a customer keeps me thinking my next vehicle will be another Volvo and it will come fro their dealership. I appreciate too that when I come in for service they go the extra effort and check the vehicle and advise me of impending problems so I can get them taken care of before I have a problem on the road. Gives one a good sense of security when on the road and, we do take long road trips. More
Best Honest Service I thought I was due for an oil change and made an appointment to have it done. After the service employee, John Korallus, checked my record, he disco I thought I was due for an oil change and made an appointment to have it done. After the service employee, John Korallus, checked my record, he discovered that I could go 1,500 more miles and that no service was required. But, since I was there, they would do a 35 (?) point check-up for no cost at all. They even washed my car. This service would be hard to beat! I always call Tim when I need service on my car. He goes out of his way to give me the best price on whatever I need to have done. Recently I had trunk struts, the ignition system replaced, and a side mirr out of his way to give me the best price on whatever I need to have done.
