It was a painless and pleasant experience as they have a very nice waiting room with comfortable chairs to relax in while your car gets checked out. When I was first looking for a car I contacted the dealership via email with some questions and got them answered the next day. When I finally made it out to the dealership John and myself went to test drive a few models I was interested in and ultimately got saddled up a few hours later. The process was very smooth and John was great in answering any questions I had. When I came back in a few days later, John showed me all the features that the car had to offer and to make sure I knew where everything was located. Tommy brought out the paperwork and had it in order so I just had to sign on the dotted line on a couple of forms and were done. Easily the best dealership I have worked with in purchasing a car. I went to this dealer because I got a $18 dollar oil change coupon in the mail. It was the first and last time I will ever take my car to Volvo of Lise for service. During the service the tech broke t change coupon in the mail. It was the first and last time I will ever take my car to Volvo of Lise for service. During the service the tech broke the wires for my satellite radio making it unusable until a $15 dollar new part was ordered. I turned around and immediately showed them the damage. They said that I would have to purchase the part and then they would reimburse me for the cost. When I called them and let them know the price they said that they were unable to reimburse me for the purchase of the part, but they could give me a service credit, which I will not use because I will not be taking my car back to Volvo of Lisle again.
