Volvo Cars Hudson Valley - Service Center

Charged $120 to turn off check engine light. Claimed I wanted problem diagnosed and that was minimum charge to do so, but I only wanted light turned off to get car inspected. They said they would see why wanted problem diagnosed and that was minimum charge to do so, but I only wanted light turned off to get car inspected. They said they would see why the light was on and didn't make it clear there would be a charge for this. I admittedly signed the work order and in my haste to get to work, didn't see the charge buried in the order. They refused to make it right (in my opinion) More

I had an appointment for an oil change and to check AC unit. They took me on time and did scheduled work. Upon checking car they found I needed rear brakes. They asked if I wanted them done or at a future unit. They took me on time and did scheduled work. Upon checking car they found I needed rear brakes. They asked if I wanted them done or at a future date. They told me price and I chose to have them donewhile I was there. Again, they completed work in a timely fashion. As always wash and vacuumed car. I left feeling confident that my car was safe and happy that it was clean. More
