I wish to totally retract my prior critical comments regarding Hudson Valley Volvo/The Premier Collection and Manager Gabe Levy and replace them with the evaluation above. After discussion, we have reached an agreement that is most fair and mutually acceptable regarding the unpredictable mechanical failure that occurred. The problem was entirely efficiently and effectively attended to by the dealer. My vehicle is once again running in tip-top condition. I would recommend without hesitation Mr. Levy and the Service Department at Hudson Valley Volvo. They are excellent and reasonable to deal with in every way. More
