I was pleased with the renovation of the waiting area at this dealership. It was quiet, comfortable, and provided plenty of creature comforts (coffee, tea, snacks, magazines). They gave me a car to drive while my Volvo was in the shop for a 45K service and some repairs. The most expensive part of the visit was the periodic service--which was 90% of my final bill. Although they did not have the part in-stock (I *did* report the broken part when I made the appointment earlier in the week), they did get the part in the following day. When I left, I noticed that they did not replace the broken rear wiper; they fixed that promptly. While I had a great experience overall, they seem to need to pay a little more attention to details. I will certainly return and would highly recommend this dealership. Thank you very much! More

Everyone in the service department was extremely helpful -- much, much better than tehy were two or three years ago with my previous Volvo.
