The receptionist at Volvo Hudson was very friendly and contacted a sales rep. for me immediately. Margot was my rep and she was very personable and professional. I live in Ma. so there was extra paper work involved and Margot was extremly efficient in getting everything accomplished. The whole process of purchasing my car was done without much stress. I had my GPS installed 2 weks later and Service was very accomadating. They gave me anothe car to use while mine was at the shop. I love my Volvo,S60 it IS the best car that I have ever driven. They gave me a car to drive while my Volvo was in the shop for a 45K service and some repairs. The most expensive part of the visit was the periodic service--which was 90% of my final bill. Although they did not have the part in-stock (I *did* report the broken part when I made the appointment earlier in the week), they did get the part in the following day. When I left, I noticed that they did not replace the broken rear wiper; they fixed that promptly. While I had a great experience overall, they seem to need to pay a little more attention to details.
