I went over the service recommended 82,500 mileage while driving to Virginia on a week long vacation. I made an appointment for the Monday when I returned for the service by phone. I called from Maryland at 07:35 on the way back to see if I can have the service done that day. Hudson Valley Volvo accommodated my request saving me the stress of juggling my meetings at work with a car service appointment. Dan was very gracious while I was at the dealership. The whole experience was very pleasent. I did come home to a couple of discount offers that I could have applied, but in all, I am happy with what has been done. Thank you. More
