Besides yearly maintenance, I had 2 problems: heater not working properly, side mirror on passenger side drifts after set. I was told the computer said the problems didn't exist. I found a car at this dealer on the internet and spoke with them extensively before traveling the 5.5 hours to go look at the used car they were selling. They were very cooperative in helping me to get the car home by meeting me mid way for a minimal cost by sending two very friendly and kind gentlemen and a chase car. They were even helpful with questions following the sale. This has been one of the most satisfying car buying experiences I have ever had and I am on my fourth Volvo. After discussion, we have reached an agreement that is most fair and mutually acceptable regarding the unpredictable mechanical failure that occurred. The problem was entirely efficiently and effectively attended to by the dealer. My vehicle is once again running in tip-top condition.
