I rated Hudson Valley Volvo as I did because they were OUTSTANDING in every way. I was driving from Maine to Washington DC with a stop in Poughkeepsie NY where I encountered a misfire in my engine. This was unnerving because I had just had my Volvo XC90 service at another dealer before my trip. The Service Manager, Dan DeCicco, immediately understood my distress and while he knew I was passing through and would not be a returning customer, dropped what he was doing and asked one of the technicians to take an immediate look at the car. They determined that one of the new spark plugs had not been properly connected to the ignition coil. They repaired this, added a complimentary car wash, and sent me on my way. Dan made it clear to me that he was very happy to be of service, gave me his phone number and urged me to call him from the road if I had any further problems. What could have been a nightmare for me was turned into a very pleasant experience and I am enormously thankful to Dan and his staff for their OUTSTANDINNG help. Sincerely, Joe Scott More

Besides yearly maintenance, I had 2 problems: heater not working properly, side mirror on passenger side drifts after set. I was told the computer said the problems didn't exist.
