I brought my car to the dealership to get the spark plugs replaced and a oil changed. I was advices to have $2600 worth of work done to my car. The spark plugs alone cost 450$. Insane they made me buy eight plugs when I only need five and they never gave me the three back. I get sent coupons all the time from volvo and when I asked if I could use 10% off they told me because I didn't have the coupon I wouldn't e honored the discount. Know that would have been a 47$ discount off a $475 job. This will be the last time I bring my car to the dealership to have work done to my car. More
I brought my wagon in for an inspection, and had to have my steering system repaired. My front window wipers and two bulbs were also replaced. the whole thing came to almost 500 dollars, which was a pretty my steering system repaired. A little bummed that a tire rotation wasn't covered on my leased car and I had to pay out of pocket for it. Brought car in to have them look at a leather seat wearing prematurely. They offered to bring the car in immediately to repair the seat at no charge and complete the scheduled service.
