I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience getting my car service and my tires rotated at Hudson Valley Volvo. They are always friendly and make things happen, as they were and did yesterday. The service team was generous by lending me some work space to study for my EMT recertification while my car was having a 90,000 mile service last Friday. When I got home, I noticed that several lug nut caps were missing. I called the service department and they told me just to bring it in when I get a chance and they will replace them. I noticed that all of the lug nut caps were lose and splitting at the seam. I brought my car in Monday morning after calling to see that they had the lug nut caps in stock. The service was polite, quick, and complete. Lesson learned, I will check my lug nut caps in the future. Does Vovlo have stainless steel lug nuts? Anyway... I was happy with the final results. The price is still high, but not much we can do about that. The courtesy was outstanding. Cheers. More
