I drove away from your showroom in Wappingers Falls on Wednesday, 11/13, in a 2013 S60 that I have had for 3 days and I love. I was very pleased with the sales staff, Margot Murphy and Mike Dillon, Sales Manager primarily because they were very friendly, easy-going, anticipated our questions and presented a great price for the new vehicle and trade-in for our 2002 S80. I am confident in the information they shared about the vehicle. While I did purchase an extended 7year/75K warranty, the only negative about the experience was the length of time that the sale took (30 - 45 minutes). Looking forward to a long and happy relationship with my new car - can't decide if I'm calling her Murphy or Margot! More

Charged $120 to turn off check engine light. Claimed I wanted problem diagnosed and that was minimum charge to do so, but I only wanted light turned off to get car inspected. I had seen the exact car I wanted on Cars.com from this dealership, the day I went to go look at it, I got to test drive it and I fell in love with it right away!
