Good sales people, can't say the same for business manag salesman was Bill & he was great. Once handed to the business manager it was down hill. Would not recommend because of her! They do not stand behind their mistake. I was trying to get A fault to be diagnosed in service. They did diagnosed it and gave me the cause of the problem. I was told that they were going to go bad in matter of time and they were related to my original problem(new problems were not PRESENT when my car rolled in to service center)they refuse to take responsibility. My car died on a parkway and needed to be towed to the dealership. When I first spoke to them, they didn't have any loaners available.
