The staff and management of Volvo Cars of Gilbert are courteous, professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. And they understand that buying a new car can and should be a simple, straightforward, and positive experience. I’ve just completed at VCG one of the fastest, easiest, and most stress-free car purchases I’ve ever done - the kind that wins my loyalty. We received friendly, personal attention from the first email to the last step of delivery. They gave me very fair pricing in our first exchange, so there was no need to haggle on the price. F&I honored our request to keep our time at the dealership to a minimum by processing the paperwork quickly and efficiently and we went from there directly into a flawless delivery. Beyond disappointed that thy fixed a part that essentially did not need replaced because they did not know what part was needed. Then on their video explained it was a completely different part th essentially did not need replaced because they did not know what part was needed. Then on their video explained it was a completely different part than the one replaced. Threw away the parts before I could look at them. When they sent me the codes it even showed as the first code being th second tho got replaced not what the told me was wrong togegin with. Super upset More
