Excellent service with last minute need — screw in my tire and it was loosing air — it was Saturday afternoon. The waiting area is comfortable including a plush sofa with large screen TV. Great sales department very help and attentive, Service is a disaster, owning two new Volvos, a 21 XC 40 Recharge and 22 XC 60 Recharge and not have any real issues, just regular scheduled maintenance. Ser is a disaster, owning two new Volvos, a 21 XC 40 Recharge and 22 XC 60 Recharge and not have any real issues, just regular scheduled maintenance. Service will never provide next day appointments, typically takes two weeks and is at the dealer service department’s convenience. Why valet service was promised as a loyality customer, it never happens. Before you buy ask how quickly your car can be fixed for even regular factory required maintenance, very painful. More
