After asking me a few questions, he suggested it might be the fuel pump. Since I didn't want to worry about the cost of the repair all weekend, at my request Jon provided me with an estimate. He was also able to fit me in for servicing first thing Monday morning. It was indeed the fuel pump! I was impressed when Jon took the time to ask me a questions to help diagnose the issue on Friday when I first called ... and even more so when we discovered he was correct. I've had every servicing done on this car (now 176K+ miles) at this dealership, and they just keep getting better and better! Great job, Jon and the rest of the staff including Mike Cerone who has also helped me many times in the past! More

Top Notch! Excellent service. We had an appointment and had planned to drop the car off in the evening. It began to snow and my wife was concerned about driving Excellent service. Mike offered to have someone give me a ride home in the snow! Unfortunately the vehicle needed a second day to complete unforeseen repairs. I was concerned that we would be stuck at home a second day. Once again Mike came to the rescue and was able to find us a loaner so we could stay on top of our busy schedules. All the while he was courteous, patient and explained all the work that was to be performed and answered all of my questions. More
