oil leak 06xc70 at 179k miles took car in for oil leak they replaced cam seals and timing belt ($1100) still leaked. went back 1500 miles later with the same leak and at 179k miles took car in for oil leak they replaced cam seals and timing belt ($1100) still leaked. went back 1500 miles later with the same leak and they informed me we needed a new head gasket ($2700) and was not worth fixing. the car had 181k miles. took to a private Volvo specialist and they replaced the cam seals ($400) no leaks 200K miles More

Fantastic Service Department I have been a life long Volvo owner for thirty plus years. Recently while traveling through Connecticut my car died forcing me to be towed to the nearest Volvo dealer. Fortunately it was Volvo of Danbury. From the moment my call was received by Rob Lollie I knew I was in good hands. His professional demeanor and urgency to my situation had me back on the road in two hours. Goodbye Volvo of Danbury It took 12 years to build my trust and loyalty towards Danbury Volvo and 3 Volvo's later, yet only 5 minutes to lose my trust and faith!! After my 50K service, Rob Lollie, Danbury Service Manager told me that my 60K would be complimentary due to my being charged erroneously in the past and because I am a "good and long standing customer." Rob told me that I would be "unable to take my car without paying my bill", but that, "I can take a loaner and go home to check my notes." I have paid ALL my bills in the past! That is the trust and loyalty I get from Danbury Volvo. Rob Lollie has conveniently forgotten his words. Goodbye Volvo!!! More
