We have lived upon Cape Cod since the early 1970's and continuously owned a Volvo auto since 1995. Each and every Volvo was purchased from South Shore Volvo in Norwell, Massachusetts. During our June 2018 car search, we received some text and e mail messages from this newly established Volvo dealership in Hyannis. Mr. Harold Reilly was the initial contact and on Friday, June 15, 2018, we visited the dealership to view a suggested match. Mr. Reilly redirected us to Client Advisor Derek Nickerson. Derek was a very polite, courteous and well spoken young man. He carefully listened to my wife's wishes regarding her Volvo SUV. He showed us the many internet and standard SUV features and informed us that the vehicle we were seeing had been located at their Plymouth, Massachusetts dealership and that he had personally driven it down to Hyannis for our perusal.. We stated that this particular vehicle was well suited to our needs and Derek quickly stated that he would arrange to get the vehicle ready for a test drive.
