All personnel (from showroom front desk to sales to finance to General Manager Harold Reilly) --- were extremely professional, polite, and friendly to us, from the moment we walked into the showroom. New customers to the dealership, we traded in our old vehicle and bought a “new” used one (neither of which was a Volvo). The used car we bought was priced competitively, and we received a good deal on our trade-in. It is a “haggle free” dealership, which we found refreshing, less stressful, and of value. Exceptional customer service. All personnel went above and beyond to address our concerns and meet our preferred timetable concerning the sale.
