Although the vehicle prices are considered fair, they tend to trend somewhat higher than KBB or CarGuru recommended pricing, therefore I could not give The dealership a complete 5 Star review (4.5 stars if that were an option). The slightly elevated prices however are countered by superior service and a knowledgeable staff. I had numerous questions and my sales representative Michael Mullen consistently responded in a timely manner. Once I made the decision to purchase a vehicle, Mike walked me through the process, provided real-time progress updates and provided a concise and informative demonstration of all my vehicles controls and options, so I drove off the lot with an increase level of vehicle familiarity and comfort. Best experience ever We walked into this dealership looking to test drive a used XC60. We were immediately greeted by a courteous receptionist and she introduced us to Eth We walked into this dealership looking to test drive a used XC60. We were immediately greeted by a courteous receptionist and she introduced us to Ethan Harrington. We explained to him what we were looking for and he immediately told us that there were several used XC60s on the lot and asked us if we would like to drive one. We said we would. He brought us out to a white one with two tone leather seats. Both my wife and I told him we didn't care for the seats and he immediately said it was no problem. He next showed us a 2017 gray XC60 with black leather seats. We drove it, unaccompanied, and decide we liked it. We returned to the showroom and advised him that we liked the car. We told him that we were trading in a 2016 Honda CRV. The trade in value he gave us was extremely generous and reduced the purchase price of the XC60 to within our budget. We agreed to buy the car. This dealer ship contacted our insurance company and had the XC60 added to the policy and the Honda deleted They contacted the RMV and had the registration prepared and delivered to us. They also had the car inspected. We didn't have to do any of the running around. When we picked up the car, Ethan spent close to an hour with explaining in detail all of the instrumentation and safety features of the car. Ethan was competent, professional and knowledgeable. He made our experience with this dealership the best we have ever had. No hastles. No back and forth to the Sales Manager. I would recommend this dealership and especially Ethan Harrington very highly. More

Michael let me know exactly what I needed in order to leave with the car before my appointment. Upon arrival he greeted my mother and I and had the car waiting for us with air conditioner on due to the extreme heat. There was a financial mixup on my end, which took almost 3 hours to resolve, Michael consistently assured us that there were no worries to be had. Michael drove me to get financial papers notirized and even suggested a great itailian restaurant to have lunch while we waited. I had noticed one of the wipers were worn and immediately Michael had them ordered and on my car before driving off. My mother and I were overwhelmed with the courteousness, patience, friendliness and professionalism of everyone at Volvo Cars of Cape Cod.
