Two years later years later we came back to Mike. We preferred not only Mike but also the wonderful car and deal he was offering, so we gifted the more expensive car to our thrilled only daughter-- and treated ourselves to Mike's superior salesmanship and a very nice car (a bit less showy for our age. Our return to Mike reminded us that he is an outstandingly skilled and patient teacher as well as a superb representative of a superb car and car company team. We were for anybody a difficult sale. Our considerable My wife and I are both retired teachers at prominent institutions, where we both had reputations for kindness, patience, and mastery of our respective subjects. Three years ago, we had decided to buy a new Volvo, and met Michael. Two years later, we gave that car to our grown daughter and her family. And belatedly returned to Michael and found him friendly, welcoming, and remarkably patient.
