Easiest car buying experience I went to Volvo Cars Cape Cod after being recommended by a friend to try the Premier dealerships. I went to the dealership with a certified Volvo in mind. However, due to the fact that I still owed money on my old car and did not have enough to put down to supplement the roll over cost, the certified car was not going to work. Derek and Mark really took the time to listen to what I was truly looking for in a car and worked their magic. Within the same week I was driving home a new S60 with everything I was looking for. I cannot thank them enough for their patience and help through the car buying process. I went back to the dealership a few times throughout that week and each time I called and went to the dealership Kathi had a huge smile on and was so very nice to talk to. I also would like to mention how pleasant Harold was as well. I had to bring the car back to get it inspected and he made sure that I was taken care of immediately. He even took the extra few minutes to see how I was doing with the car and was there to congratulate me on the day I purchased it. Derek was great to work with. He was very timely with his email response, knowledgable and very helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car whether it is used or new.
