Mike Mullen was "on top of his game" in getting pertinent data and prospective autos that met my search criteria. Being new to Volvo, he also took the time to educate me on the various models, options and deals. I felt from the start that he was looking out for my best interests as well as demonstrated finding the right auto to fit my needs & wants. Purchased used Jeep Grand Cherokee After our 2008 Volvo XC70 with 104,000 miles (a baby according to my wife) developed some repair issues, we decided to look at a "new" vehicle coming After our 2008 Volvo XC70 with 104,000 miles (a baby according to my wife) developed some repair issues, we decided to look at a "new" vehicle coming off lease. Spoke with Derek Nickerson on the phone explaining we were really interested in the ability to tow a boat and a horse trailer. I did some on line research before going in and realized Volvo isn't really into towing. However a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee was on line and on the lot at the Volvo dealer in Plymouth which is affiliated with Volvo Cape Cod. When I explained to Derek, he had the car driven down to Hyannis for us to look at. (Nice!) It turns out Derek used to work at the affiliated Premier Jeep dealership on the Cape, so he was very familiar with the JGC line. Business manager Mark Cadin was very helpful with Allstate warranty info and sales paperwork. (Did you know you can get a rebate of your MV excise tax on a trade-in? Mark provided us the form.) Suffice it to say we were sold and drove away very happy. More

I WENT ONLINE LOOKING FOR A LOW MILEAGE 2-3 YEAR OLD CAR, AND WAS ORIGINALLY LOOKING AT CHRYSLER 300'S ON LINE I BECAME INTERESTED IN THE VOLVO AND PROVIDED MIKE WITH MY KEY NEEDS. I WENT THRU THEIR WEBSITE, WHICH WAS EASILY NAVIGATED AND COMPLETE. 2 OF MY VOLVO CHOICES WERE ONSITE IN HYANNIS, THE OTHER AT PREMIER VOLVO PLYMOUTH.
