Had emergency issue with 2005 Volvo on vacation I was on vacation in Truro and my car had what sounded like a serious front end problem. I had it towed to Volvo of Cape Cod on a Friday, and they too I was on vacation in Truro and my car had what sounded like a serious front end problem. I had it towed to Volvo of Cape Cod on a Friday, and they took care of it so I could pick the car up Sunday for the drive home to Boston area. Bryan was my service rep, I never met him, it was all done over the phone. He was prompt, incredibly helpful and accommodating. He called to provide me with a clear explanation and options while I was sitting in a kayak in the middle of a marsh. I can't say enough good things about this dealership, Bryan, and the work the technicians did to fix my car. More
