He gave us a brief overview of the car, then gave us the keys to do a test drive. We loved the car. The technology didn’t overwhelm us, the ride was very nice, we liked how it handled. When we got back to the dealership and learned what they were offering in trade, we decided to move ahead. I am very happy with the car. Love all the features, and it is such a nice car to drive. Before we left the dealership with our new vehicle, Mike was so helpful in giving us a quick tutorial. We had to call him for more help in getting the garage door opener to work, he was more than happy to assist. I would recommend this dealership. They treated us well. More

I don't hesitate looking 100-200 mile radius because I know what I want and what to look out for. I found just what I had been looking for online, no more than 10 miles away in Hyannis. I made arrangements to see the 1 owner 2015 XC-70 and to test drive another similar model with a turbo. The sales manager let me try them both on my own, no pressure. It was a simple decision since the 2015 was in mint condition and the price was right. The car included a 5yr 100K power train warranty and they took care if the registration "in house" with just a call from my insurance company. Within a few days I had my car, title, inspection sticker and a full tank of gas delivered to my door. Because of the Covid 19 shutdown the car had not been detailed and there were a few bits of trim that needed to be secured but once that (C-19) eased up they accepted the return and made good 100% even after it had been long paid for. I don't have a single thing negative to say about Volvo of Cape Cod they treated me as well as if I had bought a new car from them. More

As we had a 16-hour trip ahead of us, we called Volvo Cape Cod to see if they could help us. It was our lucky day when Andrea Jones, a service advisor, answered the phone - she told us to come in immediately and that she would squeeze us in to see whether the problem was urgent or if we could look into it later. Within 15 minutes she explained the problem to us (rodents had chewed through our air hose!), and within less than 2 hours we were back on the road! Now, that is called service!!! Thank you Andrea Jones! You were a lifesaver!!! More
