I rarely pay entirely for something and expect the provider to come through (money is a great motivator) but made an exception based on Harold Reilly's assurance. When things eased up and the service dept opened I asked about the follow-up work to be done and Harold arranged for it to be taken in right away. I took a little longer due to the need of a new part which they covered 100% of the cost but the work was 1st rate and the car returned looking like new. More

To be honest I was looking elsewhere, as I didn't like the dashboard/internal mechanisms of my present car. Thought it was much too clumsy. I also didn't like that I could not fit two golf bags in trunk. One had to go into back seat. I did like the way it drove, however. I told him on the phone I probably would end up buying something else. Out of respect, I met with Derek. He indicated that the year after my car was made, all 'internal' systems were changed. Also showed me that now the back seats go down, to allow for much more cargo space. Basically the interior functionality was totally redesigned. Needless to say, he had a car that exactly served my purposes. Volvo was clearing it out, and it was perfect for me. Derek was not 'slick' or pushy. He was responsive to all questions and very knowledgeable. He made it easy for me to keep my plates (which I've had for over 25 years) I found them a pleasure to do business with...again. I am a repeat customer. More
