I was very disappointed at my last visit for the repair of the air-conditioning unit on my 2015th Volvo. After a three hour wait at your very pleasant facility I was told, after my second inquiry, that th of the air-conditioning unit on my 2015th Volvo. My visit exceeded my expectations.We brought in one car for service and had asked in advance whether our second car could be serviced to follow. We were able to be accommodated and in a very timely fashion. It went like clockwork. I gash in the sidewall of my tire was found which could have been dangerous if it had not been. Kudos to Andrea Jones who kept in communication with us throughout the process and was extremely helpful in naming it happen seamlessly. .She is a great ambassador for Volvo. Best buying experience I have had in a long, long time. Harold was helpful and answered all my questions and concerns.
