We have been dealing with Cape Cod Volvo for a number of years (3 different cars) and they have provided consistently excellent service. As always Andrea is a complete professional. Always kind and courteous. I was disappointed with the loaner vehicle. I know they are busy but it had a very funky smell and leftover trash in it. It was nice to see Rich back in Service. Brought my car in to have a squeak fixed. Was told that I had suspension issues and that 3 things needed to be replaced. I wasn’t allowed to only do the one thing that was causing the squeak; I was told t I had suspension issues and that 3 things needed to be replaced. I wasn’t allowed to only do the one thing that was causing the squeak; I was told that I had to do all 3, totally almost $4000! I got 2 second opinions and was able to do just the one thing that was causing the squeak for under $1600. This is the second time that I have had an experience such as this - being told that I had to do thousands of dollars of work and when I got other opinions, I was able to do less work for less money. This makes me not trust them...... More
