Yes, I believe I pay a bit more here, but HOW CAN ONE PUT A PRICE TAG ON SAFETY, PROFESSIONALISM, THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK, AND THEIR SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ARE TOP NOTCH---AND THEY ALWAYS E-MAIL A COUPON THAT I CAN USE. I HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE NUMEROUS TIMES TO HAVE THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE CARL @ THE BRIDGEWATER VOLVO ASSIST ME. HE SIMPLY IS THE BEST!!! VOLVO SHOULD RECOGNIZE SOMEONE THAT ALWAYS TAKES THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE WORK THAT IS GOING TO BE DONE (AS LORD KNOWS I AM NOT MECHANICALLY INCLINED), ALWAYS A SMILE ON HIS FACE AND VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL, AND HE MAKES ME FEEL COMFORT. HERE'S TO CARL, AND I TRULY HOPE THAT VOLVO WILL TAKE THE TIME TO RECOGNIZE WHAT A WONDERFUL REPRESENTATIVE HE HIS OF YOUR COMPANY. Times are TOUGH.
