CHARGES I should not have been charged for defective tires. I was told and shown the tires were defective. That is not the way to retain customers on a lease I should not have been charged for defective tires. I was told and shown the tires were defective. That is not the way to retain customers on a leased vehicle plus my wife leases an XC60 from your dealership as well. I guess nothing matters with you guys except money. Very disgusted and disappointed. More

Tailgate Latch Repair I was having trouble with the tailgate not closing properly. The techs were not able to recreate the problem, but they replaced the latch to be safe. 3 times for the same issues Went back three times for the same issue over 6 weeks. Twice told me it was fixed. Third time they tell me they just had a software patch so someone Went back three times for the same issue over 6 weeks. Twice told me it was fixed. Third time they tell me they just had a software patch so someone lied. Considering it was an airbag and auto stop issue that would stop my car in traffic and unsafe for me kids, whoever told me it was fixed was obviously full xxxx. One service guy tried to blame the other and said I didn’t talk to him. I obviously remember coming to the shop only a few weeks before. I was treated like This was normal and I must be misremembering things. Even the notes were xxxxxxxx because on the second visit I had to speak to the same guy by phone to tell him what the issue was three times. So stupid. More
